JOB OPENINGS

PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities :

To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.
Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client's Representative and contractors.
To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.
To review and approve equipment/materials requisitions.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Liaising with authorities, clients representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
Resolving any tehnical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
Minimum 5years experience from Construction background.
Positive personality and good team player.
Meticulous and responsible.
Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :

Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E Engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
Carry out architectural, cost control project supervision and documentation.
To attend to construction site coordination work and meeting, include liaise with RTO for inspection.
Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project excution.
To assist Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned.

Requirement :

Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
At least 1year of working experience in the relating field is required.
Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of works.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation

• Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects

• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering

• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations

• Carry out site measurement

• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments

• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.

• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of ISO Quality Management System

• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Engineering

• Min 3 years of working experience in local Building projects and/or Civil Engineering works

• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.

M&E ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.

• Ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.

• Produce M&E coordination drawings and check drawings discrepancies.

• Carry out project planning, design, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. - Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

• Conduct M&E meetings.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or Equivalent.

• At least 1 years of local working experience in the building construction.

• Full Time position available.
